These navigation rules apply to the user when he/she has not completed his/her registration yet, that is, when he/she has not become a registered user.
Navigation through www.questionity.com is subject to the terms and conditions specified below.
Access to www.questionity.com is voluntary and provides the status of user to whom is accessing.
The user undertakes to make a good use of content and services offered by Questionity.
Subject of Questionity Social Network
Questionity is a social network including an advanced microblogging service that allows users to post any kind of multimedia contents in an intuitive and simple manner while helping them to organize, share, review and recommend what interest them most.
Questionity is now run under an Alpha version which means it is in a testing phase. Users accessing Questionity must be aware of this.
Definitions
Questionity platform refers to the web application that offers the services of the social network.
Microsite is the space of a user in Questionity where he/she becomes known, looks at and organizes his/her Q!grams, receives opinions and answers from the users he/she is following, looks at his/her mentions and organizes his/her users groups.
“User” refers to any person who accedes to and surfs Questionity social network although they have not carried out registration in Questionity. Likewise, they will not have a profile on it.
“Registered user” is any person that has started the registration process and hence can sign in to Questionity.
The registration process is completed when such registration is confirmed by an email that the user replies to when signing up in Questionity.
Intellectual property
Intellectual property rights on the technology that supports Questionity social network as well as those technical tools, computer systems and content provided by Questionity such as databases, information, images, design, programming code, etc., are either primarily owned by Questionity, or the appropriate permission and licenses for its use have been granted to Questionity. The software not the property of Questionity is detailed in Questionity's website, where the packages in use are listed.
The reproduction, transformation, public communication, availability to the public or distribution of such content is forbidden, unless expressly authorized in writing by Questionity or when the license of such content allows it.
The use of Questionity does not involve the transfer of exploitation rights or any modality in regard to the rights held by Questionity.
Questionity distinctive signs such as "Questionity", "Q!" and other signs used by Questionity are owned by Questionity or Questionity has the appropriate licenses to make use of them.
Use of them without the expressed written permission from Questionity is prohibited.
Warranty and Liability
Questionity does not guarantee the absence of failures in the access to www.questionity.com or the availability and continuity of the operation of the site. However, it will carry out those actions aimed to correct the failure, restore the communication and update the contents of Questionity.
Questionity is not responsible for any security errors or damage caused to the user's computer or files or data stored therein as a consequence of virus action, computer misuse or misuse of non-updated versions of the browser.
Access to www.questionity.com and the use of the information contained on the site without consent is under the sole responsibility of the person who carries out it. Questionity is not responsible or liable for any injury or damage resulting from such use or access.
Questionity is not responsible for any opinion expressed in webpages or forums outside Questionity which, referring to our services and other companies, could discredit or disparage, directly or indirectly, those other companies.
Questionity is not responsible for those contents uploaded by users to the platform that infringe the prohibitions set forth in the terms of use.

In this platform, the user can find links to other websites through banners, links or other kind of buttons managed by third parties. Questionity has no control over the content provided by other web sites linked from www.questionity.com. Therefore, Questionity does not accept any responsibility for any aspect related to that web page which is linked from Questionity and does not guarantee that these links can be free from viruses or other elements that may cause damage to user’s computer or files.
Also, Questionity does not assume any responsibility for the content of websites that can link to www.questionity.com or make reference to it, and that include reviews about Questionity that may mislead users of these websites about the services of Questionity.
Privacy and data protection
No personal information will be sought in Questionity until the user becomes a registered user or uses any of the Questionity forms. The warranties defined in the privacy policy and those defined in such forms will be respectively applied.

Present navigation rules are governed by Spanish law and any dispute that may arise regarding its application, enforcement or interpretation of these rules, would be resolved, by the express acceptance of both parties, in the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
Validity and modifications
These navigation rules are valid from the date November 16, 2011.
Questionity reserves the right to make changes to the platform deemed as necessary as well as any update of the information contained therein and in the configuration, presentation and access conditions, without prior notice.
